Coconut Mojito

- 4 oz Coconut Rum or any white rum
- 4 oz Cream of Coconut
- 5 sprigs Fresh Mint Leaves
- 4 cups Ice
- 2 oz Fresh lime juice
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender with 4 cups of ice. Blend until completely smooth, then pour into glasses.
Garnish with mint and lime slices if desired
