Direct Booking Cancellation Policy
Sandy Point Resorts Reservations Department mus receive a cancellation notification in writing to reservations@belizeancove.com. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 50% of the total price. No show reservations will be charged in full.

50% deposit is required to confirm new bookings. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations within thirty days of arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. Reservation is not fully confirmed until payment has been received.

All reservations are subject to a 9% hotel tax and a 10% resort fee, which help us maintain our high standards of service and amenities for your enjoyment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Belizean Cove Estates to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
